First commit for the new version of the plugin. The only feature implemented is the scroll of the drawned mesh. There is a bug in the zoom with the wheel (I don't know how to use the 'setScale' method -- missing docs...).
...
The graphic interface is still old and every control doesn't work.
PS: sourced not tested with gcc compiler..........................
