3f19eae01a VC/Vidyo: Ignore auth list in zodbimport 
The new authentication system uses different names so it's pointless to
migrate the old names.

db1ec189a3 Tweak Sphinx Makefile to make build step easier 
* `make pdf` uses `make latexpdf` and moves pdf output
* `make install` runs `html` and `pdf` and copies output to installdir

e01a56d3ea Update markup for the new password macro 
- update the markup to use the new password macro
 - use the new i-action-input for urls with ZeroClipboard
 - remvoe duplicates HTML ids
 - remove Vidyo Id from the info box
 - fix untranslated strings
