Added two options to the filter:
...
- create an extra layer for each downloaded cluster containing placeholders for that cluster's cameras
- select which cluster have to be downloaded, the specified one or all
Put under conditional compilation the code that outputs on a text file the XML for the imported cameras

The filter now imports a single image as much times as it is referred in different coordinate systems, in order to allow the user to align the same image to the desired point cloud.
