74f55f5273 Allow all filetypes supported by meshlab to be opened with meshlabserver 
VisualSFM (and some other formats) output *.nvm, *.rd.out projects that
meshlab can easily import and use, but the logic for this never made it
into meshlabserver. I pretty much just wholesale copied/adapted the
existing code from meshlab into meshlabserver, allowing any supported
project to be imported like any other mlb file.

3aa4665a56 Add Windows shortcuts for all users. 
The default shell context in NSIS is for the current user. This causes $SMPROGRAMS to put the link in the current user's profile. Other users on the system get no start menu link. This is causing me trouble because I'm trying to deploy Meshlab in a school and by default only the user that installs the application gets the Start Menu shortcuts.

I also handled removing old currentuser shortcuts during uninstall/install.
