LiveSync: Fix agent creation with unchanged form
...
The debug agent has no settings for example. data-disabled-until-change
doesn't let you submit it until you change the default title which is a
bit stupid.

Using methods of legacy objects there is unsafe because they will
eventually be removed and the migrations still need to work.
