For now plugins.inc and ipsec.inc will coexist on pages that
may need only one or none to avoid unefined function errors.
This will be pruned after investigating the contents of both
files...

system: /var and /tmp MFS migrate to tmpfs; #243
...
Remove the size settings for those mount points as a preparation,
because tmpfs does not need an upper bound. Hardcode everything
now, replace mfs with tmpfs in an upcoming commit.

settings: tweaking the tweaks
...
* Do not patronise the user about advanced settings. The user should
know what she's doing. ;)
* Hide the tabs page by moving it from .php to .inc -- web server acces
to this file extensions is forbidden. Tabs do not have authentication
and that's bad if left untreated...

Make "src" the implicit "/usr/local" so that nobody can
sneak in weird files in the base file system or potentially
overwrite them.
