Alberto Mardegan 981185c297 Snap: restore directory structure 
The snapcraft tool expects to find icon and desktop file in a snap/gui/
directory. The snapcraft.yaml file can be put in the snap/ directory as
well.
Update the README to remind that the snapcraft command should be
launched from the directory containing the snap/ dirctory.

After a full rebuild of meshlab_full.pro run the macinstall_v2016.sh script. It generate a relocable app folder. To build the dmg, install appdmg and use the following command line:

appdmg meshlab_dmg.json ../distrib/MeshLab2016.12.dmg
