HEAVY RESTRUCTURING of the alignment tool;
...
Many major changes:
- New parameter for controlling the arc creation process
- Search of bad alignment
- Improved ICP (borderflag bug removed)
- Improved Process (now it only compute new arcs and it does not recompute all the arcs every time) Global Alignment is triggered every time.
