86350fc183 man: allow to enroll and install man pages 
Support was missing for quite a while.  Time to write a couple
of docs for our "opnsense-" tools in core.

9df08987b7 rc: merge rc.installer into opnsense-installer 
We have successfully decoupled rc.installer from other components
so now we can merge both utilities.  We use opnsense-installer for
user support, which is easier to invoke and remember.

00838b49ce src: move dhclient-script to proper location 
".ext" came to be because dhclient-script from BSD is also under sbin/,
but since we always explicity use this one just move it to a neutral
location and point to it.

d26c77a1ea rc: same fix for /tmp MFS 
If users want read-only media they need to put their own
/etc/fstab entries into the system as the MFS options from
the config should not work under unknown conditions.

533ccbde0c rc: backup DUID for /var MFS et al 
Make sure to delete the backup prior to backing up to mimick
the current system state.  Same goes for restore, no backup
means remove the DUID to sync the system state to what it was.
